CSS is a division of Contra Costa ARC and assists individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence and self-sufficiency in the community. Among the options available are: situation assessments, mobility training and job placement. Jobs include community-supported employment for individuals or groups and paid work experience and training at our production center.
The Community Access Programs (CAP) are day programs that serve adults with severe developmental disabilities. The goal of these programs is to assist individuals to live, work, and play in the community as independently as possible. Training is offered in the areas of domestic skills, recreational skills, vocational kills and community awareness.

The ARC Access program is a mobile day program bringing enrichment to individuals at home and in themcommunities of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties by offering individually designed activities for those whose needs cannot be met in a traditional day program.
